About Block Services

With the use of our Sunnen CK-10 honing machine we can ensure a perfect bore for your engine block. By utilizing a three step honing process, the finished cylinder wall will be within .0001” top to bottom. We always recommend the use of torque plates to simulate the distortion of having the cylinder heads on. We also offer a variety of other block services some of which include surfacing and line honing.
